This setup screen displays the company information associated with your MLS 2026 license and authorization file.
The information shown here is supplied and maintained by MasterLink Software as part of your registration record.
If any of the primary company information is incorrect, contact MasterLink Software so your master registration record can be updated. A revised authorization file will then be made available to your system automatically.
The Company setup screen may include:
•Company name
•Address
•City, State, Zip
•Phone number
•Serial number
•Licensing information
•Authorization status
Most of this information is controlled directly through your registration record and is not normally edited locally.
There are two fields you may modify directly from this screen.
Many states require repair facilities to display a business or repair license number on:
•Estimates
•Invoices
•Customer documents
Enter your current state-issued license number in this field.
This value will then print automatically on supported forms and documents.
The slogan field allows you to enter a short phrase that describes your business.
Examples might include:
•“Serving Our Clients Since 1982”
•“Quality Service You Can Trust”
•“Family Owned and Operated”
•“Complete Automotive Care”
The slogan may print on invoices, estimates, and other customer documents depending on your print configuration.
You may change this text at any time.
•Changes to the editable fields take effect immediately after saving
•The primary company registration information is controlled through MasterLink Software
•Incorrect registration information should not be edited manually through other utilities
•Authorization updates are normally handled automatically by the Auto Updater service
