Selecting The Data

The first step to building a report is to select the data.  Follow these steps, described elsewhere in this document, to modify the display to show only the data you wish to print.

 

1.Set the initial setting to Use File Copies.
2.Select the file you wish to use
3.Select the index which places the data in the proper order
4.Remove the columns you do not want included in the report
5.Set the filter so you only have the records you wish to include

 

You can now move to printing the report.
