Adding Data

You can add records to any file by selecting the Add a record button.  This then places a blank record in the file.  Double click on the blank, and you will see the edit screen.  Then you can type in the specific information you wish to use for each field.

 

Adding records is usually performed by your master program.  However, there may be an occasional need to add in a record, ie. if one is accidently deleted.

 

 

It is very important to note if you add a record, dbReview does not know how to apply that data to other records in the system.  What is handled automatically by your master program would need to be added to each appropriate data file manually.
