Charge It Pro
You can rid yourself of that clunky charge terminal ( and phone line ) with merchant services from ChargeIt Pro. ASW automatically permits card charges to invoices and Accounts Receiveable, and credits. Credit and Debit cards are supported. Reports are included.
Acquirint
Acquirint promises to give you better rates than your current provider, a free card reader, and excellent service. ASW will process credit cards for invoice payments, AR payments, and credits back through their system. The approval is printed on the invoice for a signature. Reports are provided in ASW of all transactions.
Quickbooks
Although MLS Shop Writer programs have a fully integrated accounting system, for those who want Quickbooks, the system will post charges ( with AR amounts due ), and the customer data, directly to QB when closing a workorder. All other processing is done in Quick Books.
CustomerLink
Our Shop Writer programs have an extensive follow up system that can be used within your shop. However some people prefer to have someone else do the work for them. In that case, CustomerLink has a long history of excellence providing follow up services, and analysis of your sales patterns.
Carfax
Carfax is known for its service histories, now used by anyone who buys, and sells, pre-owned vehicles. Auto Shop Writer interfaces with their extensive database of VIN’s to properly provide all of the essential service info you will need. Also, we can lookup the VIN for currently registered vehicles using the License and State. Auto Shop Writer will display the service history of any car you have in the shop if that data has been provided to the CARFAX servers. You also get free advertising with them as part of the service … all at no cost to you.
Advantage Database Server
The Advantage Database Servcer interacts with Auto Shop Writer seamlessly to provide true Client Server operations on your data. This keeps all processing of data at the server which makes it faster, more efficient, and safer. Blazing speeds, lack of data corruption, and reliable systems are all the result reported by our clients when using this excellent product.
Royalty Rewards
Bring your customers back repeatedly by using the customer loyalty program Royalty Rewards. Our clients use this program to give their customers an additional benefit, and its working. Our Shop Writer programs all process the Royalty Rewards cards, and report the activity daily, to the service provider. If your client doesn’t have the card with them, the system remembers them so they will still earn the benefit.
