The MLS Connect service allows our technical staff the opportunity to chat with you to answer questions, and to connect to your computer via the internet.
You can activate this service by pressing the Tech button on the main screen button bar. 
If a tech is available, your chat will begin. You can ask your questions, get answers, and if necessary, the tech will give you a link to allow the MasterLink computer to connect with yours to provide immediate assistance.
MLS Connect is available to provide you with immediate answers to your questions. It is important that you use it when you can't find answers in the documentation or in the videos. We do not want problems to frustrate you ... so get in touch and let us help !
