Client & Service Unit Reports

The Client and Service Unit reports provide management, marketing, service tracking, and historical analysis tools for your business. These reports help you monitor client activity, review service history, evaluate profitability, and maintain long-term relationships with your customers.

Because MLS 2026 tightly links:

the reporting system can provide detailed operational insight with very little additional data entry.


Listing of Clients and Their Service Units

This report provides a summary listing of:

each client

their contact information

all associated service units

The report is especially useful for:

reviewing account relationships

confirming ownership records

locating service units assigned to a client

verifying imported or converted data

The report includes:

company or client name

address

phone numbers

assigned service units

Options allow printing:

clients only

service units only

The report is filtered by:

Only clients with service activity during the selected period are included.
