Often shops prefer to call their clients, regarding recommendations,  rather than to send letters.  The system

will list all clients,  their phone numbers, and the recommendations that have been made  during the period of time specified.  

 

This is useful to have an  employee use for personal calls to each individual, offering an  appointment time to complete the service suggested.
