Preparing Workorders Without Estimates

The following procedures should be followed when preparing a workorder without an estimate:

•Add a new workorder

•Set status to I

•Enter the client and vehicle data

•Enter the parts (if specified)

•Enter the labor

•Print the technician's worksheet

•Perform the work

•Add additional parts

•Add additional labor

•Add recommendations

•Calculate the workorder totals

•Post the payment

•Print the invoice
