Organizing The View

The browse is initially presented with fields ( columns ) in natural order, based on how they are physically placed in the database structure.  However, this could involve moving back and forth horizontally on a record to see, and compare, specific data.

 

You can reorganize the columns very quickly.  Simply click on the column header, and drag it to the position you wish it to occupy.  You can move several columns so that a browse only displays that information you wish to view.  Of course, if you need to scan more columns than will fit on the screen, you will still need to use the tab key.
