Selecting the Edit Record

Records may need to be selected for a variety of tasks, including editing, deletion, or copy processes.  You may select records in one of two ways.

 

Single Records

Point at the desired record and press the left mouse button.  The record will be highlighted ( displayed in white on blue ), and an arrow will be displayed on the left column.

 

Multiple Records

Point at the first record to be selected, and press the left mouse button.  It will be highlighted.  Point at the next record for the group and, holding the shift key down, left click on the item.  Continue this to highlight all records to be selected.
