I get the service unit, but the computer loses the client There are some prompts that allow you to lose the client account number from the unit. To correct this situation, go to the unit editor and on that screen re-enter the proper account number for the owner ( Option 2 in the Client Menu ).
How do I transfer a unit to a new owner First, enter the new owner in the system using the Client Editor ( Option 1 on the Client Menu ). Then go to the unit account ( Option 2 of the Client Menu ) and find the proper unit. Change the account number to the new customer's account. Everything else remains intact.
